The Chisinau International Literature and Translation Festival, a project inspired by FILIT Iași, brings together numerous professionals from the contemporary literary field in the Republic of Moldova: writers, translators, publishers, festival organizers, literary critics, booksellers, book distributors, managers and journalists.

For four days, the general public and professionals in the field take part in a series of diverse events such as literary debates, practical sessions, thematic workshops for children, translation workshops, professional meetings, round tables, exhibitions and concerts.

Under the name CHILL Edition, the 2025 edition of FILIT Chisinau takes place from September 25-28 and brings together renowned names of contemporary literature from 11 countries in the Republic of Moldova.
